This Banking Associate position will be housed in our renowned Business Litigation Group. Position Details We are seeking an Associate Attorney in our downtown Minneapolis office to practice in the area of commercial lending. banking. Successful candidates will have at least 2-3 3+ years of substantive experience in a wide array of commercial lending banking transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, title and survey review, and reviewing due diligence materials. Additional preference will be given to candidates that have substantive experience in construction lending, real estate and development financing, revolving lines of credit and other alternative asset-based lending, as well as financing mechanisms, with exposure to low income housing tax credit financing and tax exempt bonds being a plus. for land development.
