• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. While college matters, a strong passion for computer science is what truly counts.
• 2-3 years of industry experience solving complex problems from scratch.
• Prior experience handling complex and scalable systems .
• Ability to build sustainable, reliable, and secure products that users love.
• Capability to introduce new architectural choices, best practices, and innovative initiatives to strengthen the tech stack.
• Strong understanding of server-side architecture , including APIs, databases, infrastructure, and systems.
• Ability to own and drive the technical roadmap for systems and components.
