We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in architecting and developing core backend systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency .
Requirements
Responsibilities:- Design and develop core backend systems from scratch.
- Deploy and maintain the product on AWS .
- Make strategic technical decisions to improve system performance and scalability.
- Follow best practices for testing, logging, and deployments .
- Contribute to building the engineering team and mentor junior developers .
- 3+ years of experience as a backend engineer .
- Expertise in Python and Django .
- Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Redis, etc.).
- Strong understanding of platform technologies (Docker, AWS).
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in architecting and scaling backend systems .
- A hands-on approach with the ability to drive solutions to completion.
