B2B Sales Executive - Outside Sales

Full-Time | Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission. OTE $125,000

We're seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our outside sales team. If you?re a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving goals, this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2?3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• A ?hunter? mentality ? self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
• Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
