Job Description

Martin Automotive Group is searching for a Service Advisor to join our team at our El Monte Nissan location! We believe our continued success and future growth is attributed to our employees.

Responsibilities:

Greet customerspromptly
Obtain customerand vehicle information
Clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine andrecommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare acomplete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish followup time
Monitor theprogress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customersfrequently
Verify that thefinal invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain allcompleted work and charges to customers

Requirements

Must have highschool diploma or GED
Proven record ofachieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
At least 1year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or ServiceConsultant, Manufacturer experience
Above averageenergy level
A desire for along term career with a growing organization
Bilingual preferred but not required
Personal andprofessional integrity
