Martin Automotive Group is searching for a Service Advisor to join our team at our El Monte Nissan location! We believe our continued success and future growth is attributed to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customerspromptly
- Obtain customerand vehicle information
- Clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine andrecommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare acomplete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish followup time
- Monitor theprogress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customersfrequently
- Verify that thefinal invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain allcompleted work and charges to customers
Requirements
- Must have highschool diploma or GED
- Proven record ofachieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- At least 1year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or ServiceConsultant, Manufacturer experience
- Above averageenergy level
- A desire for along term career with a growing organization
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Personal andprofessional integrity
