The New York office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience with Auto and Transportation cases and experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. Lewis Brisbois? We have considerable litigation and trial experience and have dealt with a broad variety of issues that are pervasive in the industry, including negligent hiring and retention, hours of service, Engine Control Module (ECM) data, messaging and positioning data, DOT compliance, and accident reconstruction.
