We are seeking a Litigation Associate or an experienced attorney for an Of Counsel position with a minimum of 5+ years tort & insurance defense litigation experience. The position is based in our New York City or Uniondale office.

Educational/Experience Requirements

? JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
? New York Bar Admission required.
? Minimum of 5+ years tort and insurance defense litigation experience.
? Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
? Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
? Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
? Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
? Ability to work independently and multi-task required.
