Preferred qualifications include a 3-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. We offer a hybrid working schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Flexible Time Off, and the Firm pays for your medical/dental/vision monthly premiums. Requirements Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Exceptional research and writing skills; Interest in marketing and client development; Trial experience, preferred; and, Ability to travel.
