Associate Technology, Business + Intellectual Property Attorney

We specialize in technology, startups & venture capital, corporate & business law, real estate, and intellectual property transactions. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. In this role, you will work with our dynamic team and handle a variety of technology, business and IP transactions. This position will give you the opportunity to work with exciting businesses and investors on technology transactions, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate legal activities in IP-heavy industries like software, e-commerce, video games, life sciences, unmanned aerial vehicles and more. We are most interested in candidates with large or mid-size law firm experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent legal research and writing skills. Ideally, your prior experience will be in corporate law and/or intellectual property (prosecution or litigation). We are also interested in candidates with a background in software development, engineering, biology or chemistry.
