Associate Shopping Editor, Who What Wear

Who What Wear is looking for an Associate Fashion Editor to join our award-winning culture. If you're highly creative, performance-obsessed, and know how to execute innovative, conversion-oriented fashion and shopping stories, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing...

The ideal Associate Shopping Editor candidate will create content that's designed to meet affiliate goals. You will be data-driven and able to package their learned insights into stories that align with Who What Wear's voice.

You will have a compelling writing style, understanding the Who What Wear brand and how that translates to shopping picks, and can produce content ideas that delight readers and drive results. Lastly, you will be comfortable being front-of-camera to film and produce social extensions of some of our shopping and brand-building stories.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

• 2+ years of experience writing fashion/shopping content for a digital publication
• Excellent verbal and writing skills and strong visual sensibilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion and retail space
• Able to bring a creative approach to our traditionally top-performing story categories, and an innate desire to make decisions informed by data and performance
• Open and quickly responsive to feedback to improve the quality of work and performance
• Success at collaborating with various teams across business categories, including distribution, art, sales, and data teams
• General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO toolseasily able to study and track analytics to improve performance.
