Associate Recruiter

• Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
• Review and screen a high volume of applicants daily
• Schedule interviews quickly and efficiently to keep our pipeline moving
• Communicate with candidates?confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and rejections
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
• Partner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals
• Track recruiting activity and help drive key hiring metrics
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment steps

• 0?2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Strong communication skills, clear, professional, and responsive
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus)
• Team player with a competitive edge and strong work ethic

• You move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently
• You keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
• You help reduce interview no-shows and improve hiring outcomes
• You consistently support the team in hitting hiring targets

• $20/hour starting pay
