Shutts & Bowen?s Sarasota office is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm?s busy Real Estate Practice Group. The candidate must be conscientious, detail-oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Listening to and understanding the client?s business objectives, then assisting the client in achieving those objectives within appropriate transaction documents is key. The ideal candidate will possess experience in all aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and financing commercial real estate, from term sheet to closing and beyond. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic state-wide commercial real estate and transaction practice.
