Job Description
As a member of the DADM Group?s Privacy and Digital Risk Class Action and Litigation team, the candidate will join an unmatched team, handling all aspects of privacy and data security-related litigation, primarily involving class actions that follow a data security incident.
Qualifications Include:
4-6 years of experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation
Experience advising and litigating claims involving state and federal laws (BIPA, FCRA, FACTA, etc.) is a plus
Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred
A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
Must be admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive admission to the Georgia Bar
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:
o Understanding of consumer class actions, with an emphasis on Article III and Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal strategies
o Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills; law review or other comparable experience indicating significant research and writing skills a plus
o Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
o The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment and exercise good judgment in client service
