We have an opportunity for an?Associate?Litigation?Attorney?with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our?San Jose or Costa Mesa?locations! You'll be a vital member of our team, with?hands-on?responsibility?for day-to-day case development?including?handling?depositions,?engaging?directly?with?clients,?collaborating?with?technical?experts,?managing?critical?discovery?tasks,?writing?and?arguing?motions,?managing critical discovery tasks, and?working?with?partners?through?trial. You'll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through?trial preparation and execution. This is a?hybrid?position, with flexibility to work remotely. • 1+ years of litigation experience
