Requirements

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include: Representing public entities in various legal capacities, including governance, compliance, and litigation. Providing counsel on legal matters across diverse practice areas, including contracts, employment law, real estate, litigation, and more. Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, pleadings, and policy memoranda. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs. Engaging in client consultations to provide tailored legal advice and solutions. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal strategies and solutions. Participating in community and public outreach initiatives to strengthen the firm's impact.
