Job Description
Qualifications Include:
4?6 years of dedicated management-side labor law experience
First-chair experience in grievance arbitration matters
Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and lead proceedings
Experience practicing before the NLRB, with first-chair hearing experience preferred
Spanish language skills preferred
Strong writing skills; writing samples may be requested
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience:
Representing clients in grievance arbitration hearings, and unfair labor practice proceedings
Advising clients on union organizing campaigns
Supporting collective bargaining negotiations
Providing management training on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
Collaborating with a national team of labor attorneys on complex matters

This position may be located in Chicago.
Salary:
The expected annual salary range for this position is $285,000 - $345,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a performance- and hours-based bonus program.
