BakerHostetler is seeking an associate (3-7 years of experience) to join its growing Labor & Employment Group, nationally ranked by Chambers USA and ?Best Law Firms.? The position offers the opportunity to work with our regional, national, and multinational clients. Qualifications include: Admission to practice law in the state where the candidate will reside; Texas; Superior academic credentials; Highly effective and detail-oriented writing and oral communication skills; excellent research skills; Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues?; The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment; At least three years of experience in Labor & Employment practice, specifically with Wage and Hour Class Action defense expertise, and one or more of the following areas: General litigation practice, Labor and Employment litigation, Trade Secret matters, Proficiency drafting pleadings and motions Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes: An affinity for research and writing; Strong leadership qualities; A keen attention to detail We offer a top-tier benefit and compensation package, including a performance bonus, as well as a supportive, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment.
