Job Description


Our Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of qualified benefits experience to join the Chicago, New York, Los Angeles or Washington, DC office. This position will be involved in both transactional deal work, including employee stock ownership plan (?ESOP?) transactions and day-to-day advising on all aspects of employee benefits (retirement plans, including ESOPs and welfare benefit plans) and executive compensation matters.
