Siskind Susser, P.C. has an immediate opening in Memphis for an entry level Associate Immigration Attorney. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about immigration, we would love to talk to you.

The ideal candidate will have superb time management and written communication skills. The associate will work on employment-based immigration cases including O1, EB1 and NIW's and will collaborate with a team of paralegals and attorneys. The associate will assist with various cases and gain valuable hands-on experience in an environment of immigration thought leaders who deliver bespoke immigration legal services to its clients, ensuring effective and efficient legal solutions. Duties include:

• Conduct thorough legal research

• Assist attorneys with drafting petition letters and RFE responses

• Communicate with clients regarding their cases

• Maintain organized documentation for ongoing cases.

• Utilize legal research tools to support case preparation

• Collaborate with team members on case strategies

Requirements

Qualifications

• Be licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction

• Strong research skills with a focus on legal research methodologies.

• Familiarity with Immigration law through coursework or prior internship/employment is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
