Job Description
Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking a white collar litigation attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience. This position requires knowledge of the health care fraud and abuse laws and regulations (including the False Claims Act, the Antikickback Statute and the Stark Law) and the ideal candidate should have solid litigation experience in both civil and criminal law, including experience with government investigations, conducting witness interviews, performing legal research, analyzing complex evidence, managing document reviews, writing briefs and investigative reports, drafting pleadings, and preparing and arguing motions.
Candidates much possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Admission to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory: New Jersey, New York, Washington, DC.
