Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel/General Counsel with deep healthcare industry experience to serve as a strategic legal partner to executive leadership. This role will provide legal guidance across clinical operations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment matters, contracts, and risk management in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is business-minded, practical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization while ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare laws. • Salary Range: $125,000 - $180,000

Key Responsibilities Contract Review and Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including physician employment agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and service agreements.
• Ensure that contracts comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts.

• Stay current on healthcare laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Advise on compliance issues and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with regulatory filings.

• Manage and oversee litigation matters, including responding to subpoenas and other legal inquiries.
• Coordinate and work with external counsel as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.

• Provide support for corporate governance matters, including board meetings and compliance with corporate formalities.
• Assist with the preparation of corporate policies and procedures.

• Assist with legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Active member of the bar in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Significant healthcare legal experience, either:
• In-house at a healthcare organization, or
• At a law firm representing healthcare clients
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Experience supporting multi-state healthcare operations
• Prior in-house counsel experience
• Experience working with physician groups, MSOs, hospitals, or healthcare services organizations
