Associate Director of Media Investment

KEN Media LLC, established in 2022, is as an independent media agency committed to exceptional results through innovative digital marketing strategies. We're looking for an experienced Associate Director of Media Investment to join our dynamic team and drive our media buying efforts to new heights, with a focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across media channels.

Role Overview:
The Associate Director of Media Investment will oversee the team's media buying and investment initiatives, and will focus on servicing our clients in the execution and monitoring of integrated media plans. While providing thought leadership on audience strategies and campaign optimization, the Associate Director builds and establishes strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and partner agencies.

This role oversees all campaign activity and deliverables for the team. The Associate Director of Media Investment facilitates training and development of our team and determines each individual's assignments and bandwidth, distributing work as needed. Alongside the Head of Media, they will build an ambitious and innovative team fostering a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:
• Oversee the execution of omnichannel media campaigns, including partner relations, budgeting, and monitoring performance across both online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between media strategy and campaign assets across all channels.
• Manage day-to-day operations of ad campaigns, including optimization strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements, while also coordinating offline media placements and logistics.
• Reallocate spending by station/network/publisher as needed and work closely with Associates, Buyers, Directors, and other Supervisors to proactively manage spending and pacing across media campaigns.
• Update reporting dashboard to support planning and optimizations.
2. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across digital and offline channels to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and integrated strategy adjustments.
• Utilize A/B testing, attribution modeling, and other analytical methods to refine strategies and enhance ROAS.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Provide client-facing strategic recommendations and insights based on campaign performance and industry trends across all media channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with both online and offline media strategies.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Mentor and support junior media buyers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to drive integrated campaign success across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure Head of Media is aware of any and all campaign updates/issues and media buys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years experience overseeing buying and placement.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing ROAS for both digital and offline advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager and other relevant digital media tools, as well as experience with offline media buying.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights across multiple media channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
