ABOUT THE JOB
The Tepa Companies are seeking an Associate Counsel to support the company?s legal affairs, with a focus on contract management, compliance, and corporate governance. This position will assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, helps ensure adherence to applicable contracts, laws and regulations, and contributes to the development of policies and procedures which reduce legal risk. The Associate Counsel works with internal stakeholders across the organization to support day-to-day operations and collaborates with senior leadership on significant business and transactional matters. This role provides broad exposure to corporate legal issues and the opportunity to develop into a trusted in-house legal advisor.
