Associate (Corporate/Public Finance)

Saul Ewing is seeking a results-driven public finance associate to join our Philadelphia office. The desired candidate will have 4?6 years of experience representing a range of public and private entities in connection with the structuring and execution of complex finance transactions. The position involves advising clients such as states, municipalities, school districts, authorities, and 501(c)(3) organizations, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable financings. This includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter?s counsel, and borrower?s counsel across various types of transactions. Experience with a wide range of transactional corporate matters is a plus. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. The anticipated pay range for this role is $212,000 ? $235,000.
