Associate Corporate

Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing corporate associate to join our growing transactional team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in complex corporate deal work within a large law firm environment. This role will be heavily focused on executing sophisticated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic business deals. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. he anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 ? $225,000.
