Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire an associate with 2-4 years of experience for the Corporate Transactions Practice Area, in the area of Executive Compensation/Benefits. Job Requirements:

2-4 years of executive compensation experience with a focus on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions
Strong interest in work related to the executive compensation/benefits components of Private Equity/M&A deals
Strong academic background
Excellent analytical and writing skills

2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000

2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000

2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000

2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000

2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000

2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000

2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
