Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire an associate with 2-4 years of experience for the Corporate Transactions Practice Area, in the area of Executive Compensation/Benefits. We are seeking to fill the role in our Boston office. ALL Applications should be submitted online through our web apply portal (applies to Search firm as well as candidates who self-apply). Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of executive compensation experience with a focus on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Strong interest in work related to the executive compensation/benefits components of Private Equity/M&A deals
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Applicants must be admitted to the jurisdiction where they intend to sit

Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000

2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000

2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000

2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000

2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000

2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000

2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000

2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
