Associate Attorney - Product Liability/Asbestos Litigation

We are seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience in product liability/asbestos litigation. The position is based in our Long Island (Uniondale) office with the ability to work in New York City.

Educational/Experience Requirements

• ? JD degree required with excellent academic credentials
• ? New York Bar Admission; New Jersey Bar Admission, a plus
• ? 3-5 years' asbestos litigation experience including depositions and court appearances
• ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• ? Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• ? Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients
• ? Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
• ? Ability to work independently and multi-task required

Our professional staff plays a key role in the firm's continued growth and success, and we look forward to adding a proactive and motivated member to our team. We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
