O?Hagan Meyer is seeking an a mid-level attorney with at least two 4-7 years of civil litigation experience for its to join our Labor & Employment department, based out of its Los Angeles, CA our DTLA office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range wide range of labor & employment matters involving complex, cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. This associate will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class action litigation. 4+ years of experience in employment litigation Experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters Experience conducting discovery, depositions, motion work, and preparing cases to trial Willing to grow and collaborate with Partners Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school License to practice in CA Flexible hybrid schedule.
