We are looking for qualified Associate Attorneys.s. The ideal candidate will have one (1) to five (5) years of experience in PA, NJ, and/or WV workers? compensation law. Such experience should include some or all of the following: review and analysis of medical records, drafting reports, briefs, and other documents, conducting legal research, interviewing witnesses, attending and reporting on hearings and depositions, and managing an active caseload on behalf of employers/carriers/TPAs or claimants. This individual must be able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines set by senior attorneys and will eventually manage an active caseload.
