Dilworth Paxson LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 5-7 4-7 years of experience to join our highly skilled and collaborative Trust & Estates Department in the Philadelphia office. Interest in trust & estate matters and superior writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will also Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, organizational strong research, writing and analytical skills. Candidate must be a member of the skills and sophisticated estate and gift tax expertise. Pennsylvania bar and New Jersey Bar admissions are required and Florida and New York admissions are encouraged. An LLM in good standing. Taxation is preferred. Qualified candidates who wish to apply must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, transcripts and a writing sample.
