• Mentorship : Work directly with a senior attorney on complex family law cases and receive hands-on guidance in client relations, business development, and law practice management.

This isn't your typical associate position. We are offering a long-term path to firm leadership for the right candidate. You would:

• Collaborate with a senior attorney on high-asset and income cases and on complex, sophisticated parenting plan cases.
• Gain direct exposure to firm management , learning everything from operational strategies to business development.
• Take on increasing responsibilities in running the firm , contributing to its growth and strategic vision.

Requirements

We are searching for a dynamic attorney who:

• Has 4-6 years of litigation experience , preferably in family law.
• Is passionate about practicing family law while also eager to learn the business side of running a law firm.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential .
• Has a long-term vision for growing within the firm and contributing to its success.

Benefits

Compensation & Bonus :

• Base Salary : $75,000 annual salary
• Additional Earnings : Base salary plus opportunity to share in net revenue for cases originating with the attorney, as well as other revenue sharing after meeting production thresholds.

Current Benefits Package includes:

• Health insurance plan with the employer paying 100% of the health insurance premium for the employee.
• Employer contribution for up to 7% of salary in uninsured medical expenses.
• Retirement plan with a 3% employer match.
