Job Description


O?Hagan Meyer is seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Complex Class Action & Biometric Data Privacy practice group in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to provide clients with Biometric Information Data Privacy Act (?BIPA?) and tech-related counseling and compliance, as well as to defend technology providers and employers in BIPA class actions.
