Associate Attorney Commercial Foreclosure

Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our commercial loan workout and foreclosure department. Knowledge of New Jersey foreclosure procedure is a plus and requires expertise in commercial loan workouts and mortgage foreclosure litigation. This role can be based in either of our New Jersey or New York offices. Independently handle commercial mortgage foreclosure cases from inception to resolution. Manage a foreclosure litigation caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met. Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation. We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $130,000 ? $180,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate?s qualifications and relevant experience.
