Associate Account Executive - Off Price / Discount

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our Off Price / Discount team. In this role, you will assist in managing relationships with off-price and discount retailers, supporting the execution of sales strategies to drive growth in this segment. This position is ideal for those looking to start their career in account management within the retail industry, specifically focused on value-driven consumer apparel.

• Support the Account Executive in managing relationships with key off-price and discount accounts.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the off-price segment.
• Prepare sales presentations and assist in the preparation of sales meetings.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting needs for accounts.
• Provide support in processing orders and managing account inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, merchandising) to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Attend trade shows and sales events to promote product offerings and gain market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or retail (internships included).
• Strong understanding of the off-price retail market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
