Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our BNPL Risk team with 4-8 years of experience in FinTech, preferably in the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conceptualizing the credit assessment ML models and policies, and the enhancements in these using the regular and alternate data
Constantly finding ways to get access to the newer alternate data that can enhance credit assessment
Designing experiments and simulations to test the cohort behavior and underwriting models.
Building the data sets that help the future experimentations
Data led Early warnings, Flow rates, Portfolio under risk, Macro factors Establish a strong feedback loop to enhance the credit assessment models on a weekly basis
Strong stakeholder management for collaborating with multiple functions and driving the risk mitigation agenda

Requirements

4-8 years of relevant Fin-Tech experience, preferably in Digital Unsecured Lending, BNPL and PL ( Consumer )

Drive and conceptualize projects on Risk and Data science.
Strong RCA skills along with excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in written form.
A background in data science and analytics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Engineering or Masters in Statistics or Data Science
Clear and confident communication
Good in stakeholder management
Prior experience in fast paced Credit Risk policy , Risk Analytics or Decision Science team.
