ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Our company is a Residential Services expert with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent trained in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling system management and have managed vendor relationships in support of maintaining these systems.

Job Type: Sunday- Thursday 9am-6pm

Salary: $25.75/hr

Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for the building operations which includes:

• Maintenance, porters, property equipment (boilers, etc.).
  
• The Job includes the efficient delivery of cleaning and maintenance services required for the proper upkeep of the building and exceeding the expectations of residents and Property Management team.
  
• In some cases, the Concierge Staff will have a dotted line responsibility to the Assistant Facilities Manager to insure that all teams and systems are properly supporting that of the building.
  
• Work is performed efficiently, timely and with a positive attitude and that professional communication process and skills are used to encourage team work that supports White Glove Service.

Must be professional, courteous and friendly and have verbal communication skills that meet the demands of property management, residents and vendors.
