Royalty Revenue related.

To own the Royalty Analytics process right from the time the customer royalty reports are received till the invoicing stage

Ensure that royalty related invoices are generated within a week of receipt of the royalty report from the customer

To prepare the data relating to Royalty Income accruals on a quarterly basis in a timely manner

To present the data to the marketing team on a quarterly basis and post the Royalty Revenue accruals after their approval

To prepare weekly reports reconciling the Royalty accruals with the actuals reported and to post the true up entries

To ensure that the Royalty application is tested and implemented in a timely manner

Accounting

Integral part of the India accounting team both as per India accounting standards and US GAAP

Manage Statutory audits, Tax audits, Internal audits, and Internal Financial control audits

Responsible for Blackline schedules for Pune and Ahmedabad

Manage Accounts Payable & Treasury reporting function for Pune and Ahmedabad

Compliances

Manage STPI & labor law compliances for Pune and Ahmedabad locations
