Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) Working Hours: 9 hours each day Shift Options: 10:00 AM ? 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM ? 9:00 PM (depending on role and business needs) Role Overview We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Assistant Manager ? Finance to take charge of daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prompt reporting. This position suits an individual who thrives working independently, handling multiple tasks, and supporting a structured, process-oriented finance team. Requirements Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Reporting Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements Support budgeting and forecasting activities Conduct financial analysis and generate MIS reports as required Month-End & Compliance Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes Support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Assist with MCA compliances and statutory filings Intercompany & Reconciliation Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations on a monthly basis Handle Accounts Payable (AP) sheets and perform reconciliations Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and clarifications Data Management & Process Improvement Maintain and update financial databases and Excel trackers Support implementation and improvement of financial policies and procedures Stakeholder Coordination Communicate with internal teams for financial data and issue resolution Support Finance Manager in ongoing tasks and special projects Who Should Apply Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4?5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus Basic understanding of US accounting and taxation preferred Key Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective time management and organizational ability Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team High level of integrity and professionalism
