Job Description

Job Title: Ariba Supplier Resource

Location: 100% Remote Work

Position Type: 1+ Year Contract to hire

Rate: $Open /hr.

Basic Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or individually.
Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP solutions/services
Experience in customer relationship or customer service
Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to learn new processes and multitask effectively.
Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization.

Job Description:

Aid in building workstreams for supplier enablement for customers.
Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations.
Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes.
Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications Collaborate on cross-functional projects.
Support adoption plans for customers.
Work with team to onboard and enable supplier in Ariba network.
