Architect
Position Overview: This role combines visionary design expertise with comprehensive construction knowledge, guiding architectural projects from inception to realization. This multifaceted position entails leading the design development phase, leveraging advanced Revit skills to translate concepts into detailed models, and assuming ownership of Contract Administration, ensuring seamless project execution from design to construction. With a focus on on-site leadership, quality assurance, and client engagement, the Architect fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in design development, bringing your innovative ideas to life.
- Collaborate effectively with teams, utilizing your strong Revit skills for seamless design execution.
- Take ownership of the Contract Administration phase, managing site activities, overseeing construction, and demonstrating exceptional understanding of construction processes.
- Attend and actively participate in site meetings, walkthroughs, and Owner meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with 10-15 years of experience.
- Strong design skills and a proven track record of success in using Revit.
- Substantial experience in Contract Administration, demonstrating the ability to independently manage projects and lead on-site activities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for high-quality design and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
