Are you a motivated, hands-on learner ready to dive into the HVAC industry? Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating, a family-owned business that's been leading the Twin Cities since 1950, is looking for energetic Apprentice HVAC Installers to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing heating, air conditioning, and accessories to manufacturer specs.
• Perform both Duct Cleaning and Apprentice Install Duties.
• Working on gas lines, flue piping, and testing systems.
• Pulling vacuums on refrigerant systems and checking for leaks.
• Wiring low-voltage accessories.
• Keeping things clean and safe at the job site.
• Walkthrough with customers, showing them how their new system works.
• Taking care of your vehicle and tools, ensuring everything's ready for the next job.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You?ve got a positive, "let's get this done" attitude
• You love learning and growingno job is too small if it helps you get better!
• Excellent communication skillscommunication is key!
• You're a team player - everyone helps everyone/your team is your lifeline.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and company-paid Safety Work Simulation (no drug test required)
