Job Description
Primary responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing operational issues related to Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and basic networks, developing monitoring solutions, performing infrastructure maintenance and configuration, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Experience in Unix
Experience scripting in modern program languages
Experience of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, networks and operating systems
Working knowledge of Linux system administration and good troubleshooting skills at all levels, from application to network to host
