Appellate Attorney

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified partner level Appellate Attorney with Appellate at least 10 years' experience handling appeals, appellate trial monitoring and/or civil litigation (commercial, casualty, insurance coverage and/or insurance defense) to be based in the Firm?s Chicago office. Exceptional candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in handling appellate matters and assisting trial counsel in preserving appeal issues. Flexible employment arrangements are available for the right candidate!
Prior experience in practice areas of professional liability, employment, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, and general casualty defense is a plus. desired. Illinois license required, and Indiana and/or Wisconsin or other state license is a definite win/win.

Competitive salary range for this position is $132,000 - $175,000.00 annually, plus a top tier benefits package is included. Hybrid work schedule is available.
