Your Role: In this role, you'll be vital in ensuring that apartments are ready for new tenants. You'll handle repairs, maintenance, and clean-up tasks, making a direct impact on each unit's readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect apartments and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Perform repairs including patching walls, painting, replacing fixtures, and cleaning carpets.
• Ensure appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning properly.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for apartment turnover.
• Keep clear records of work completed and turnover status.

Requirements

• Previous experience in apartment turnover or general maintenance is preferred but not required.
