Job Description

We are seeking a class year 2020-2022 associate with experience in private antitrust litigation and/or government investigations (including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations) to join our Chambers-ranked San-Francisco antitrust team. We have achieved trial wins, summary judgments, favorable class certification rulings and settlements for some of the world's leading companies. In recognition of our stellar reputation, our antitrust practice is listed among the ?Global Elite? by Global Competition Review and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards from The American Lawyer, The Deal, Best Lawyers, and Law360, among others. There is also potential to assist our enforcement and complex litigation teams with matters from time to time.

Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or government conduct or merger investigations, as well as compliance and counseling
Large law firm or government agency experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials
