• McGuireWoods is seeking qualified candidates a mid-level associate with 2 to 5 3-5 years of antitrust experience and a demonstrated background in civil litigation M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and class action defense.transactional counseling.
• While civil litigation and class action premerger experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm or relevant government agency experience is preferred.
• Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
