Antitrust and Competition AssociateWashington, D.C.

Direct Counsel is seeking an Antitrust and Competition Associate (1st-8th year) to join a highly regarded practice group at a prominent Am Law 100 firm in Washington, D.C. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes matters, including civil antitrust litigation and government enforcement actions, with a nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle matters involving antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and enforcement actions.
Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation, including discovery, pretrial motion drafting, and managing complex cases.
Work with enforcement authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
Represent clients in state and federal courts.

Preferred Background:

Federal clerkship experience and/or a background in economics or related fields.
Admission (or eligibility) to the D.C. Bar is required.
Prior experience with government enforcement or regulatory matters is highly valued.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $435,000 annually , commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
