AI Tech Lead Manager

As the AI Tech Lead Manager , you will act as a principal investigator , bridging advanced AI research with real-world applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and eager to take on a leadership position while remaining hands-on. You will lead a team of talented engineers and researchers, tackling complex problems and driving innovation in customer feedback analysis .

Requirements

• Serve as the go-to expert for solving challenging technical problems.
• Conduct in-depth research to develop innovative AI solutions .
• Run Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to explore new technologies and validate approaches.
• Optimize and manage model deployment costs.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Translate complex product requirements into clear technical tasks .
• Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
• Oversee timely project delivery .

• Break down complex challenges into actionable tasks for team members.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and learning .
• Encourage autonomy, minimizing the need for micromanagement.

• Establish agile processes to enable quick iterations and experimentation .
• Foster a culture of innovation where ideas are tested, refined, and improved rapidly.

• Instill a customer-first mindset in AI initiatives.
• Work with customer success teams to understand user needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.

Research Expertise Strong AI research background with experience in applying advanced techniques to real-world problems. Experience handling an annotation team is a plus.
