Our client, a leader in Operational Intelligence, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join their team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of the innovative Operational Intelligence team supporting mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a passion for automation which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
What's the Job?
Design and implement AI-driven tools to enhance real-time monitoring, reduce false positives, and provide actionable insights.
Automate root cause analysis (RCA) workflows using AI to reduce Mean Time to Identify (MTTI) and Mean Time to Restore (MTTR).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases in production and translate them into scalable solutions.
Build and fine-tune machine learning models tailored to observability and incident management.
Build efficient pipelines for ingesting and preprocessing data from observability platforms.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and NLP-based tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.
Knowledge of NVIDIA Triton or TensorRT for inference optimization.
