AI Automation Engineer

We're building a powerful tool that identifies viral content creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shortsthen automates outreach to them for low-cost, high-impact marketing. The platform will scan content, filter individual creators (not brands), and initiate DMs or emails to secure affordable promo deals. Your role is to turn this vision into a scalable product that fuels multiple fast-growing startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a frontend dashboard that lets users explore viral creators by views, category, and platform
• Build back-end systems to ingest and analyze real-time video data across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Automate outreach via DM/email with smart personalization and timing logic
• Integrate filters to exclude brands and identify rising individuals using content cues and bio analysis
• Enable account linking and persona customization to increase outreach success
• Optimize data models for tracking impressions, response rates, and conversions across campaigns
• Work closely with marketing teams to rapidly iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development, using Tailwind CSS for styling
• Proficiency in backend development with Node.js and Express.js or Firebase (Firestore preferred)
• Experience with web scraping or social platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Ability to automate outreach via DM/email, using smart personalization and template logic
• Familiarity with AI or basic NLP models to classify and filter accounts based on content and metadata
• Experience deploying applications on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Render
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, MVP-first environment with minimal supervision
• Previous experience with influencer marketing tools or social platform automation is a plus
